Due to an issue with the Arbiter system, all mobile phone numbers were marked PRIVATE. Unfortunately, according to Arbiter, all officials MUST manually marked their mobile phone numbers as PUBLIC.
It is VERY IMPORTANT that all officials do this immediately as schools and partners are not able to access your mobile phone numbers to contact you regarding game status etc.
Please follow the below steps on a desktop or laptop browser. The mobile phone number status cannot be updated on the mobile Arbiter app.
1) Log into www.arbitersports.com
2) When logged in, click on your picture in the top-right of the website, and then select “Profile.”
3) In the “Account” section in your profile, scroll down until you see your phone number(s) listed.
4) Click on the three dots to the right of the mobile phone number you’d like to make public and select “Make Public.” If the option says “Make Private”, the phone number is already public and you don’t need to do anything more.
5) Click on the blue “Save” button in the top-right, and then click on “Cancel.” From here, you should be good to go!
