- Be a member in good standing with an approved association.
- Turn in your schedule for tournament consideration form by December 1, 2018.
- Attend in person or view the online rules meeting by December 13, 2018.
- Complete the online basketball rules exam by 11:59 pm December 13, 2018.
- To be eligible for Quarterfinals and above you must pass with a score of 80% or better.
- Be an approved official with 16 varsity ratings over the past three years.
- Work a minimum of 10 varsity games in the current season.
- To qualify for both boys and girls basketball, an official must work a minimum of six varsity games in each gender to qualify for both sports.
